Miko only uses cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Cookies and storage we use

miko_session (essential): keeps you signed in to the panel. 30 days, or until you sign out.
miko-language (local storage): remembers the language you chose.
Chat visitor key (local storage, essential): lets the website chat continue the same conversation after a reload.
Cloudflare cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance; essential): bot and abuse protection, set by Cloudflare, short-lived.

Why we do not ask for consent

All of the above are needed for the service to work and stay secure; none of them track you on other sites or are used for advertising or profiling. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask first.

Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones means you cannot sign in to the panel and the chat cannot remember your conversation.
