Terms of Service
The rules between you and us while you use Miko.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This document is a draft: the company details are not filled in yet and the text has not had a legal review.
Parties and acceptance
These terms are between [Şirket unvanı] ("Miko") and the person or business that signs up ("Customer"). Creating an account means you accept them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you may bind it.
The service
Miko is software that provides a website chat, a shared inbox, knowledge sources and AI-assisted answers. We may improve, change or remove features over time, and give reasonable notice before removing an important one.
Trial, plans and payment
- New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly; prices are on the Pricing page.
- Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance. When it is used up, Miko AI pauses until the next month; the inbox keeps working.
- If a payment fails or these terms are seriously breached, we may suspend the workspace. Suspension does not delete your data.
Acceptable use
You may not use Miko to:
- Send illegal content, spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Infringe others' rights, or impersonate another person or organisation.
- Probe, bypass or overload the service's security (except authorised security testing).
- Collect sensitive personal data (health, card numbers and the like) from visitors without their knowledge.
Your data
Conversations, contacts and knowledge sources are yours. We process them only to provide the service (see the Data Processing Agreement). You can delete them, or the whole workspace, at any time.
When you use Miko on your website, informing your visitors (for example in your own privacy policy) is your responsibility.
AI answers
Miko AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are grounded in your knowledge sources; the accuracy of those sources, and which topics the AI answers, are up to your settings.
The Miko mark
The chat and the help centre show "Powered by Miko". It cannot be removed.
Limitation of liability
We run the service with care but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Termination
You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting a workspace deletes its data permanently.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction; consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
