For visitors chatting on our customers' websites, the business is the controller; we process on its behalf.

Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact: name, e-mail address.
  • Customer transactions: chat messages, files sent, requests.
  • Transaction security: IP address, session and sign-in records, browser details.
  • Finance: billing details (card details are processed by the payment provider).

Purposes and legal grounds

  • Forming and performing the service contract (art. 5/2-c): opening the account, providing the service, notification e-mails.
  • Legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç): invoicing, record keeping, official requests.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f): information security, preventing abuse, improving the service.

Transfers

Personal data is transferred to our hosting, e-mail, AI model and payment suppliers only as far as the service needs. Transfers to suppliers abroad use appropriate safeguards such as standard contracts under art. 9. The list is on the Subprocessors page. Data may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.

How it is collected

Electronically, by automated and partly automated means: the sign-up form, actions in the app, the website chat and e-mail.

Your rights (art. 11)

  • To learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • To know the third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad,
  • To ask for correction if it is incomplete or wrong,
  • To ask for erasure or destruction under art. 7,
  • To ask that corrections and erasures be notified to the recipients,
  • To object to an outcome against you produced solely by automated analysis,
  • To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
