The suppliers that process personal data so we can run the service. We update this list before making a change.

  • Bilhost — server hosting (application and database) — Türkiye.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, content delivery, bot protection (Turnstile) — USA / global.
  • Resend, Inc. — sending transactional e-mail — USA.
  • Google LLC (Gemini API) — processing text for AI answers and search — USA.
  • Mistral AI SAS — text processing for knowledge search (embeddings) and a fallback AI model — France / EU.
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI model (when enabled as a fallback provider) — USA.
  • Anthropic, PBC — AI model (when enabled as a fallback provider) — USA.
  • Miko AI gateway — our own relay server that passes text to the AI model makers listed here; keeps no conversation content after the answer — operated by Miko.
  • YapayZekaLab (yapayzekalab.org) — AI gateway used as the last fallback, passing text to the model makers above — Türkiye / USA.
  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — error tracking, configured not to send personal data — USA.
  • iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. — payment processing — Türkiye.
  • OxaPay — cryptocurrency payment processing — outside Türkiye (only for customers who choose to pay with crypto).
