Each answer Miko AI sends to a customer counts as one. Questions you ask it in the preview while testing don't.
What happens when the replies run out?
Miko AI steps back and conversations go to your team, so no customer is left without an answer. A larger plan raises the limit.
Do I need an OpenAI or other AI key?
No. The AI runs on Miko's side and its cost is part of your plan.
